How is my payment protected?
The money is held by MXTera. The seller only gets paid after you confirm receipt, or automatically 3 days after they mark the order as delivered, if there is no open issue.
What if the seller doesn't deliver?
Open a cancellation or a report on the order page. The payment stays on hold meanwhile and, if the order is cancelled, the amount goes back to your MXTera balance.
How do I talk to the seller?
Every order has a chat with the seller right on the purchase page. For your safety, all deals must happen inside MXTera.
How do I start selling?
Complete your profile and account verification, click "Start selling" and create your offer in a few steps. Sales go to your balance and can be withdrawn from the wallet.
