How we protect our buyers

Feel safe and confident when transacting on MXTera. ProteçãoMX ensures that sellers fulfill their obligations and deliver the product as described.

How we protect the buyer
The buyer makes a purchase of a product.
Both the buyer and the seller confirm that the transaction was successful.
The seller receives payment.
ProteçãoMX will cover the buyer's purchase when:
The buyer does not receive the product.
The item received does not match the description provided on the platform.
ProteçãoMX does not cover the following cases:
The buyer has already checked and confirmed receipt of the order.
Buyer's regret after receiving the product.
Transactions made outside of MXTera.
Changes made by the game developer or publisher after the delivery is complete.
Fraudulent claims:
ProteçãoMX does not cover fraudulent claims. We reserve the right to take legal action and permanently suspend the account of a buyer who files a false claim.
Confirmation of receipt:
The buyer must confirm receipt of the order only after verifying that the product received is as described and in good working order. Confirmation of receipt implies that the buyer is satisfied with the product and agrees to release payment to the seller.
Acceptance of Goods/Services:
The buyer will be deemed to have accepted the goods and/or services purchased if no complaint is filed within 72 hours after delivery.
Payment disputes and chargebacks:
ProteçãoMX does not cover payment disputes or chargebacks. If a chargeback occurs, we will investigate and will not honor refund requests related to it.
Warranty limitations:
ProteçãoMX does not offer a warranty on the product purchased, only on the delivery as described on the platform.
