MXTera Product and Listing Policies

MXTera Listing and Product Policy
MXTera requires all sellers to follow the terms of the Listing and Product Policy. Items posted for sale must be in full compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws in any jurisdiction. Any violations may result in listing removal and/or account suspension. By selling on the platform, the seller agrees to the following terms:

1. Compliance with Laws
All items posted for sale on the platform must comply with all applicable laws, including federal, state, and local laws, both in your jurisdiction and in any other.

2. Prohibited Items
The following items are expressly prohibited on the MXTera platform and must not be sold or posted:

Illegal Drugs
Firearms
Pornographic or sexually explicit products
Materials that promote hate speech
Stolen or fraudulently sourced items
Illegal services
Hacking tools
Copyrighted source code or files
Bladed weapons and explosives
3. Controversial and Non-Guideline Items
The platform also prohibits the listing of items that may not be illegal but are considered controversial or harmful to the community, including, but not limited to:

Items that encourage illegal activities;
Racist, religiously or ethnically offensive items, or items that promote hatred, violence, and intolerance;
Products or materials that promote discrimination or harassment in any form;
Sweepstakes, contests, lotteries, and raffles;
Stocks, bonds or financial interests and other assets;
Digital currencies (Bitcoin, cryptocurrency) or items with no physical value such as advertising services;
Any material that is pornographic or of an explicit sexual nature.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The seller must ensure that the item listed does not violate any third party intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use of images, trademarks, names or logos.

5. Removal of Listings
MXTera has the sole right to remove any item, product listing or terminate an account at any time in the event of a violation of this policy.

6. Duplicate Listings
Creating duplicate listings for the same product or service is prohibited.

7. Search Manipulation
Sellers must avoid using irrelevant keywords or deceptive tactics that manipulate search results and product placement.

8. Warranties and Refunds
Sellers are responsible for offering valid warranties as agreed with customers and ensuring that the buyer's rights are respected, including warranties in the purchase process and delivery of the product.

9. Links to External Sites
Avoid using links to third-party websites, such as redirect links, external website addresses or any other type of promotion or content unrelated to the item or service offered.

10. Monitoring and Compliance
MXTera reserves the right to monitor all listings and, if necessary, change, delete or block any content that violates the aforementioned policies.
