Trading Security Guidelines - MXTera

DO NOT DO

1. DO NOT return game items under any circumstances, regardless of the reasons given, even if it’s the same character who traded with you. Only scammers will ask for items back. You are solely responsible for your actions if you return items.

2. DO NOT buy a product listed as a form of payment or as an exchange for other goods. Make sure the final item you receive matches the description in the listing. For example, if you want to buy a Digimon account and the seller asks you to place an order for Path of Exile items, this is likely a scam. Report this immediately.

3. DO NOT share sensitive information (such as your MXTera account login details) with sellers, as this could compromise your security.

4. DO NOT conduct transactions outside of MXTera. External deals are not secure and are not covered by the platform's protection, increasing the risk of scams.

5. DO NOT make any other transactions in the game. The negotiation should strictly be for the delivery of the item you ordered on MXTera.

6. DO NOT accept in-game advertisements sent through whispers or private messages, as this could be an attempt to scam you.

7. DO NOT trust sellers who try to redirect you to other websites to complete purchases. All transactions should be made exclusively through MXTera.

8. DO NOT click on suspicious links or attachments, as they may lead to malicious websites that compromise your online security.

WHAT TO DO

1. TAKE a screenshot or keep proof and send it to our support team via email at [email protected], along with your order number and a summary of the complaint if you notice any inappropriate behavior from a seller.

2. BUY accounts that come with recovery access to ensure you have full and complete ownership of the account.

3. Report any suspicious activity and follow our guidelines to maintain the security of your transactions.
