1.6. LGPD: The General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), Brazilian legislation that establishes guidelines for the use, processing and protection of personal data in Brazil.

1.8. MXTera Services: All services and features offered by MXTera on its platform, including intermediation of purchases and sales of digital items, goods and services, among others.

8. Transaction Data and User Activities
As a marketplace platform, MXTera collects and processes data related to transactions carried out between users. This includes information about the products and services purchased or sold, payment details, transaction status and communications between the buyer and the seller.
This data collection is essential to ensure the security, transparency and integrity of transactions within the platform. MXTera may also process transaction data to comply with its obligation to mediate disputes between buyers and sellers.
MXTera may share essential transaction information, such as payment details and delivery status, with sellers to complete the purchase and delivery process of products and services.
9. Mediation and Dispute Resolution Policy
MXTera, as an intermediary, is not directly responsible for the items or services purchased and sold within the platform. However, we offer a mediation service for resolving disputes between buyers and sellers. This includes monitoring refund requests, returning products or services and taking actions to ensure transaction compliance.
In the event of a dispute, the data necessary for mediation may be shared between the parties involved to facilitate resolution. MXTera may have access to the communication history, transaction details and any other relevant information, as required by the mediation process.
10. Responsibility for User Content
On the MXTera platform, sellers are responsible for ensuring that the items or services offered do not infringe copyrights, trademarks or any other intellectual property. Otherwise, MXTera may have to share the seller's data with the competent authorities or rights holders to resolve legal disputes.
Users should also be informed that when interacting with or leaving reviews about other users and their products, the information may be publicly visible on the platform. Although we take measures to ensure the veracity and integrity of the content, the final responsibility for the information submitted by users lies with them.
11. Changes or Deletion of Account
The data subject has the right to delete his/her account at any time, and, in doing so, MXTera undertakes to delete the personal data linked to the account, except in the exceptions provided for by law, such as for compliance with tax obligations or to guarantee the legal security of the platform.
When requesting deletion, we inform you that minimum records of user data may remain, in accordance with current legislation, to comply with legal obligations or in cases of dispute resolution in which the user is involved.
12. Data Storage and Retention
The personal data collected is kept by MXTera for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes set forth in this Policy, in compliance with the legal bases provided for in the LGPD. After the purpose for which the data was collected has ended, it will be discarded or anonymized, as applicable.
MXTera will retain, for example, transaction data for the purposes of analyzing and monitoring payments, disputes and refunds, for a specified period, as necessary to fulfill legal and contractual obligations.
