Seller Rules and Regulations – MXTera
Delivery Time
The seller is obliged to fulfill the delivery within the stipulated time frame using the delivery method selected by the buyer. Sellers must set realistic delivery times to ensure that they can meet the buyers’ expectations as stated in the listing description. Should the seller fail to fulfill the order according to the method stated, the seller will be fully liable in the event of a trade dispute, and MXTera reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to refunding the buyer. Good practices and reliable sellers attract more customers. It is recommended that sellers keep their accounts updated and log in regularly to reflect their online/offline status.

Proof of Delivery
The seller must capture screenshots (before and after the transaction) or provide video proof of the delivery process. The quantity delivered and the products in the proof must match the order description. Once the delivery is complete, the proof must be uploaded to the order details page. Order cancellation
The seller cannot request the cancellation of an order. If an order is cancelled or delayed due to the seller's negligence, the seller may be required to provide compensation to the buyer. Stock levels must always be correct and up to date to avoid inconsistencies.

Communication via MXTera
All communication between the seller and the buyer must be conducted through the internal chat system of the MXTera platform. External channels, such as in-game chat, are prohibited.

External negotiation
The seller is prohibited from offering, accepting or suggesting external negotiations or commercial agreements outside of the MXTera platform. Should this occur, the seller's account will be permanently suspended.

Professional conduct
Interactions with buyers must be respectful and professional. Any type of harassment, including threats or insults, is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, report it immediately to the MXTera team.

Duplicate Accounts and Fraud
Creating multiple accounts on MXTera or purchasing from your own listings to commit fraud is prohibited. These practices will result in severe penalties, including permanent account bans.

Trading Disputes
In cases of trading disputes or chargebacks caused by seller negligence, such as delays, defective products, or failure to provide proof of delivery, the seller will be responsible for all associated costs.

Use of Third-Party Accounts
Trading using the buyer's or third-party login is not permitted.

Refund Fees
The seller will be responsible for processing fees if the buyer chooses to refund to their payment source, provided that the reason is the seller's fault (e.g. delays, product issues, or pricing errors).

Information Security
The seller must not share activation codes, passwords, or sensitive information in chat. Only use the designated MXTera platform systems to securely transmit such information.

Restricted Sales
The sale of game accounts that are restricted to offline mode due to violations, such as cheating bans, is prohibited.

Product Description
The seller must provide accurate and up-to-date descriptions of their products and is prohibited from mentioning suppliers in the descriptions.

Prohibition of Trading Outside the Official Chat and Penalties

To ensure the safety, transparency, and integrity of transactions on our MXTera marketplace, it is strictly forbidden to advertise, negotiate, or complete sales outside the platform's official chat.

Reasons for this rule:

• Protect buyers against fraud and scams.

• Ensure all transactions are monitored to provide support and dispute resolution.

• Guarantee the correct collection of fees and commissions that maintain the marketplace operation.

Penalties for violation:

• First offense: Temporary account suspension and formal warning.

• Second offense: Fine imposed and longer temporary suspension.

• Subsequent offenses: Permanent account suspension and possible blocking of access to MXTera services.

We ask all users to comply with this rule to keep the environment safe and fair for everyone.

MXTeraProtection for Buyers
Never accept or agree to external commercial offers made by sellers. Avoid exposing yourself to unnecessary risks.
Transactions carried out outside of MXTera do not have support, mediation or compensation in case of problems.
Inform the MXTera team immediately if a vendor suggests outside negotiations.
